A Forest Of Books

I love books. I love how they expand my horizons, how they are my elders, how they are my mentors, and friends. Books help me weave my world--of imagination, intellect and possibility.

Because I love books so much, I've decided to become an affiliate of one of my favorite bookshops in the world, Powell's City Of Books, based in Portland, Oregon. In my imagination I call my virtual bookshop Pwyll's Forest Of Books, after the mythic chieftain Pwyll in the medieval Welsh tale, The Mabinogion, and after a scene in my soon-to-be-published children's magical nature novel. The "rooms" listed below are inspired by the colorful rooms in Powell's City Of Books.
